Hey, it's Nate again.  Thanks for following the videos.  I appreciate the feedback so far.  Today I'm trying a Columbian blend from 8 O'CLOCK coffee.  I'm going with a drip blend that I bought at the local grocery store.  I prepared it in the french press instead of the drip machine.  I didn't notice an excessive amount of debris in the bottom of the cup.  It worked nicely in the press.

I wasn't blown away with the taste.  I'd give it 2 1/2 cups out of 5.  It's not horrible.  It's certainly drinkable.  For the price and what it is, it's not bad.  I prefer fair trade and organic coffee, and you don't get that with 8 O'Clock.  If you're looking for an inexpensive coffee to use for mixed coffee recipes you could do worse.  Overall it's average, but probably above average for the price.

Let me know what you think of the video series.  Are there any recipes you'd like to see me do?  Are there any more product reviews you'd like to see me do?  I love coffee and want to share that with you.  This whole series is for you, so let me know what you'd like to see.  Stay tuned because we'll be doing a new video every week day.

Best,
Nate
